THREADS Student Business
The young adults from the Hinsdale Transition Program started a microbusiness called THREADS by Handmade Designs.
THREADS is a clothing business that uses heat-pressed transfers to print a design onto clothing. We will work with you to design your custom clothing using your logo or artwork, then apply it using STAHLS’ Hotronix Fusion Heat Press. The young adults from the Transition Center are supervised by a staff member at all times to ensure safety and quality. Below are photos showcasing some of our creations.

THREADS is housed at the Transition Center's Burr Ridge location. All designing and printing is done on-site. Items can be picked up at the building or delivered within a 15-mile radius.
Please use the link to the Online Store on the right to view our current designs or place an order. For custom designs, please use the link to the Inquiry Form to request a quote for a potential order. Once the design and clothing items are confirmed, a price quote will be sent prior to beginning the printing process.
